If you are looking for a 5 star experience you will leave disappointed. The hotel for Qatar standards is 3.5 stars at best. Housekeeping was a major issue for me and drove me to leaving the hotel earlier than planned. We returned after a long day of sightsering on couple of occasions to find our room was yet again not cleaned. Had to call several times to have that taken care off and provision of towels was never enough for my family of 4. Its almost like they simply didnt want to provide. Ignoring our request all together. Very odd . Cleaning in general was never done properly. The furniture in the rooms look somewhat outdated and if you enjoy a gothic look and feel - the OQ won't dissapoint. I'm big on natural light so struggled. On a positive note the front office staff were really professional and friendly and breakfast was good. We eventually did get fed up and decided to check out early and rebook to another hotel in Doha for a real 5 star service. We managed to got a refund for the remaining days. In sum, a hotel with potential but needs better management. Housekeeping is their weakest link.

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Die direkte Lage am Meer, der sch?ne Pool, das gut ausgestattete Gym sowie die luxuri?sen und sehr ger?umigen Zimmer bieten zusammen mit dem ausgezeichneten Restaurant Serina alles, was man für erholsame Ferien braucht. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man hervorragend abschalten und die Auszeit in vollen Zügen geniessen kann. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und schaffen eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosph?re. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Angelika aus Sri Lanka, die unseren Aufenthalt ausssergew?hnlich gemacht hat. Sie ist sehr gastfreundlich, proaktiv, herzlich und stets l?sungsorientiert. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit v?lliger Selbstverst?ndlichkeit und einem L?cheln erfüllt. Man spürt, dass ihr das Wohl der G?ste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und k?nnen dieses Hotel uneingeschr?nkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent service and memorable experience I had a fantastic experience at the OQ hotel the staff were incredibly professional, friendly and attractive through my visit, the atmosphere was relaxing and very detail was well taken care of A special thank you to noureddine from room service who went above and , beyond to make sure was perfect his recommendations were spot on and made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great service and warm welcoming environment. I'll definitely come back

I visited the spa through my Privilee membership, and it was my first time. I was welcomed by Ferdous at the reception with great professionalism and courtesy. She explained to me that a prior reservation is required, and although the schedule was fully booked that day, she showed remarkable understanding and kindly made an exception for me. This reflects a high level of professionalism and excellent customer care. Ferdous distinguished herself with her politeness, refined attitude, and outstanding service, which represent the spa in the best way possible. She is truly an exemplary staff member who deserves recognition.

We stayed there for a night for our honeymoon. We are so thankful that they made decorations inside our room for our occasion as requested. It was perfect. The room is beautiful and very spacious. The view from the room is so relaxing. However, the bed linens smells bad. It smells very sour. The location is great and the amenities are so clean and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis. We love the gym as well. The breakfast has very few options but taste and quality is great!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the environment was peaceful, and the staff were extremely cooperative. I would especially like to mention Abdalla from the housekeeping team — he was very helpful and always ready to assist us with a smile. There was also a female staff member (whose name I unfortunately don’t know) who was equally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! ??

Un nouvel h?tel très beau de l intérieur avec un service presque parfait qui est sur la voie d atteindre les 5 étoiles une très grande et belle piscine un bon service la suite qu on a pris était très grande et conforme a description le petit déjeuner très bon son point faible pour l instant pas d accès a la plage et il est entouré de chantiers étant bien loin du centre il n y a pas d attractions a part au sein de l h?tel Bonne chance pour la suite
