A delightful hotel in a very peaceful setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautifully cooked delicious food. Even the breakfasts were freshly cooked to order. Spacious and comfortable accommodation.

The Rosevine is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Cornwall. The service was excellent, the room was spacious and very well equipped. Our sea view was gorgeous and also looked out over the lovely gardens. Private use of the swimming pool is genius.

Totally out of the way. Be great in summer beach is just down the road. We had bedroom Mays. Crisp luxury bed linen. Combination microwave & fridge. Bathroom has over bath shower, not good for someone like me, 80 years old, or 6foot as head would be on shower rose. All bedrooms are on 1st floor. Food was OK, as you can see in photos. They add 12.5% discretionary service charge. Walls are this as you can hear people next door. ??

The staff at The Rosevine were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and I liked that there was a kitchenette in each room. I would definitely recommend a stay at The Rosevine.

This weekend (a two night stay) was a late birthday treat for my husband. The Hotel is tucked away in a quiet dead-end road, a couple of hundred yards from Porthcurnick Beach and a 15 minute coastal footpath walk from Portscatho. It has fabulous views across to Portscatho and out to sea, across well manicured gardens. We had booked a studio room, without a sea view, which was a short distance away from the main hotel. On arrival, we were automatically upgraded to a studio sea view room in the main house. The room was very spacious, well equipped (bath robes, fridge, microwave, pint of milk etc) and had plenty of storage. The very clean en suite bathroom had a powerful hot shower over the bath, and plenty more storage. The bed was very comfortable and large (we joked that we needed to use semaphore to greet each other when in it!) and it was very quiet at night so we slept well. We had the dinner, bed and breakfast package (dbb). There was a good variety on the breakfast menu and it was tasty and well cooked. The evening meal had an interesting and delicious menu and, unlike some hotels which limit what you can choose on the menu when you have a dbb package, allowed you to choose whatever you wanted from the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly revisit in the future. Narita and Freddie were two very friendly and professional members of staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. The only slightly negative points I would make were that the wash hand basin taps took quite a lot of turning before water appeared and if you were staying for longer than two nights then a change of menu would be good, to avoid repetition of choices. But really, these weren't big issues and we had a lovely stay.

Great hotel, wonderful service and in a position to die for! What more could you ask. Beach was a couple of minutes down the lane and Portscatho a short walk along the SW Coastal Path.

Beautiful building and area, great sea views. Reception staff were fantastic so attentive and they greated our Dog too with a treat. Our studio was stunning and the enclosed garden area was enjoyed by our dog with stress free escape attempts. We had everything we needed in the room, from robes to bottled water, everything was thought about. The evening meal was exceptional, presentation and quality was out of this world, served by a fabulous waiter/reception guy, to finish we had coffees in the lounge, a perfect way to relax and reflect on the day, such a comfy area and very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding, the waitress was very accommodating and service was great, there was a great verity of cooked items and continental options, perfect.

I’ve booked this hotel for my partner for Christmas. We had an amazing Stay the staff was very friendly. The food was lovely and our view from the bedroom was amazing.

Overall the trip was memorable for all the right reasons. Even out of season the Rosevine offers everything you need. It's gardens are stunning and you are meters from a beautiful beach that grants you access to Portscatho via Porthcurnick Beach. The rooms to the pool, to the staff were faultless. Treat yourself and visit, you wont be disappointed.
