Great, warm and informative welcome. Room was perfect for my stay. Comfy bed(s), great toilet/shower room. Wardrobe/Cupboard had plenty of hangers, a fridge, iron/ironing board, fan etc. The tea tray was well stocked and included still and sparkling water and biscuits. Beautiful grease free breakfast cooked to order with plenty of options.
