Dear Matt,We're delighted you enjoyed the restaurant and found the atmosphere quaint. You booked 1 of our Snug Room, which is our most economical option and a bit more compact than our other rooms. It's located on the 2nd floor — and we currently do not have a lift, to that floor which we understand can be a consideration for some guests.
