I stayed here with my father-in-law for the Wales Whiskey Festival nearby, the owners were very helpful and the hotel is in the best spot ever with fab views from the breakfast room. A stunning cooked breakfast and amazing coffee. Thanks for a great stay! Ian and Andrew.

I have been staying at The Shelbourne for some years and look forward so much to going there. It's more like being with family as everyone is so welcoming and on first name terms. Plenty of choices for breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable and clean rooms. There is a warm, encouraging atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Already booked for next year.

I was very impressed with this hotel; clearly allocated parking spaces as we arrived, and USB charging points by the beds. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was cosy but adequate for our needs. From our room, I could keep an eye on the car as well, which is always a bonus! The price was much lower than other hotels we've stayed in on the same road. It was less than 5 minutes walk to Venue Cymru - our reason for staying. The owners and their staff are very friendly and amenable. I would recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location fantastic host excellent breakfast parking really good had a great time and will definitely return. The only downside was the noisy fan in the bathroom I hzvf to use the bathroom several times in the night and the fan would definitely wake my wife up and probably rooms adjacent to our room so I used a torch rather than put the light on attached to the fan. But it is a fantastic hotel and we will be going back torch in hand

This hotel was brilliant Breakfasts were very good and bedroom was very clean. Bathroom was small but very useful space.

We returned home on 7th September after fabulous stay ar the Shelbourne. The owners and staff were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As I celebrated my birthday during our stay, had a card waiting for me at our table and was served my breakfast with a candle in my sausage. We're are looking forward to going back as soon as we can. ??

Great hotel, a little dated but the staff are amazing even helping my husband book a restaurant for dinner. Also purchased some alcohol for me to drink in the bar as they had run out. Amazing breakfasts and willing to go that extra mile for you.

The Shelbourne is a 4 star family run excellent hotel. On arrival you are met by Berin or Sarah the owners, After a chat about the hotel bits and bobs you will then be give a map of Llandudno if you want one which is the idea time to pick Sarah or Berins brains about Llandudno and the Conway area. This is are 2nd visit and on both occasions we have stayed in different rooms. Both rooms have everything you need and we stayed in sea view rooms which have amazing views both day and night. The lounge area is a place to relax if you feel like and the outside also has a bench for your early morning coffee and wach the sun rise. No doubt we will be going back again. Thos hotel is one of a kind

Just enjoyed a three night stay at the Shelbourne. Berin and Sarah were perfect hosts very friendly and welcoming. Lovely room with beautiful sea view and a lovely breakfast, we had a reserved parking space which was brilliant and an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay we will be back soon. Linda and Loll.
