We have stayed at The Traddock numerous times,and it never fails to impress. I was quite incapacitated due to recent foot surgery, but the staff were amazing. A big thank you to Paul, Eva, Sabrina and the rest of the team. You looked after me so well. The accommodation and food were exceptional as always.

Stayed for one night. Could not fault. Staff welcoming, warm and attentive throughout. Relaxed , charming environment. Food and range excellent, presented well and tasting very good. Definitely a place to return.

Beautiful room in this lovely quaint hotel in sleepy Austwick in the Yorkshire Dales. Very attentive service. A well thought out menu and the food was really tasty. January offers made this night away great value for money. What’s not to love?

We’ve been coming here for 17 years - since we got married here in 2017. Paul and the team have never failed to disappoint. The ambiance they create is quietly sophisticated balanced with genuine warmth. Everyone at The Traddock cares about the role they have to play in ensuring a fantastic experience whether that’s in terms of the accommodation or the dining. We will always look forward to our December stay at The Traddock and all the fond memories along the way.

Stopped off on the way I Scotland with my wife for a Xmas treat. Parked up and did a lovey walk in the holds to Ingleborough and then back through the charming village to the South African wine shop and local shops The hotel itself is a Georgian/ Victorian building with incredible charm and decor. Great staff, some still learning but keen! The tasting menu was outstanding and great value Can’t recommend enough. Will be back again

Absolutely amazing stay. Lovely room, well stocked. Comfy beds and pillows. Room was refreshed whilst we had breakfast. Breakfast was the best we have had. Lovely lounges to sit in. Service was exceptional. Lovely staff. Unique little place. Great location. Will be back.

First time ,visiting the Traddock. Lovely hotel very cosy, bedroom really nice, nice bathroom loved the shower gel and shampoo in the big bottles rather than the little plastic ones. Nice tea coffee home made biscuits even fruit and nice fresh milk served in a little flask. Food was nice the beetroot starter was absolutely gorgeous, the staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the cosy lounges. Lovely breakfast really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is spotless

The Traddock Hotel was lovely but the best part of our stay there was the staff. They were kind and welcoming. In particular, Paul (who we first met upon entering the hotel) went above and beyond helping us to arrange transportation to the train station for our continued travels the next day. No taxi was available to drive us the several miles to the train station so, without hesitation, he drove us himself so that we would not miss our connection. Service like that is unknown in the States. The room was lovely and the food was excellent but we will never forget the kindness shown to us by the Traddock's staff. Wonderful experience!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Traddock recently, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely, and the food was superb. The service was excellent, and I would like to thank Julie for all her kind attention and support. She was great. The hotel is located in paradise with great walks from the doorstep. What's not to like? We will definitely be back.

Lots of positives. Nice looking hotel on pretty grounds, I imagine it's lovely on a summers day. Great location for some fab walks. Lovely welcome and plenty of comfy sofas to loaf on. Our room was clean, well kept and bed comfy. We ordered the tasting menu. Maybe it's my uneducated palate but I did not enjoy and at ￡90 pp I should have felt full, but I did not. Wanted a sausage roll after it. Also some questionable food pairings- IMO. I will say I've had lots of tasting menus before first time I've been underwhelmed. But, i dont want that to dominate my review. Because the stay was lovely and breakfast was good. Staff attentive.
