I contacted the hotel after leave and showed th all photos and they never responded! Bath was dirty under the bed was filled with cobwebs and dust
Pillow cases badly torn, stains everywhere and they never even replied to how bad is was
Just can’t belive it is a 5 star when we got no signs that it was..

We enjoyed our three nights stay in January very much and can highly recommend it as a lovely place to stay whilst visiting Bath. Great location (on the flat) and within five minutes walk to the centre and its many attractions and amenities. In the other direction is the superb Holburne Museum. We parked nearby (10 mins walk with luggage) at the Podium underground car park beneath Waitrose (￡18 a day), all very clean and safe. Our room was downstairs and at the back, very comfortable and quiet (there were few other guests at the time of our visit). We had been advised to arrive around 11am (so as to make the most of Bath) and our luggage was taken to our room by the time we returned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful though are not on site after early/mid afternoon (a series of electronic keys lets you into the building). Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order. We would highly recommend The Bath Townhouse as a place to stay and look forward to a future visit.

The building is gorgeous, and our room was well-heated with a peaceful view over a quiet field. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Bath city centre, and the receptionist was very friendly.
However, our experience was let down by unexpected extra charges. A 10% service charge was requested at checkout, which should have been clearly included in the room price. Similarly, although the listing advertises a “superb breakfast included,” the included option was only a bacon/sausage roll, with a full English costing ￡10 extra. The lack of upfront pricing transparency soured an otherwise lovely stay.

The property was a fine old listed building. Consequently the room was a little cramped, and the bathroom adequate, but a warm and comfortable overall experience. The included breakfast was simple and enjoyable with some interesting choices, more for a fee. Unfortunately although the price was agreed up front and part paid, on checkout a further 10% was added but without an invoice. On checking later it was found to be a discretionary service fee, mentioned only in small print. This soured an otherwise pleasant stay.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Walking distance to all attractions.

Great location, great staff - couldn’t do more to make it a welcome stay. Very clear communication at all stages of our stay from booking in to breakfast choices. Comfy bed - slept well. Parking - we found it so much easier and way cheaper to park in the Park and Ride. The bus drops you off closer to the hotel so there’s less of a walk than if you parked at the car parks in town. The walk into town is a couple of minutes and the hotel is easy to find with a clear sign ‘Windsor’. All in all we’ve really enjoyed our stay here.

An amazing guest house, perfect location, lovely rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Hosts very helpful, advised us on parking, restaurants etc nothing was too much bother. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. It's location is perfect for Bath .. you are in Bath city centre within a few minutes of walking. Beautiful rooms - we had the family room which was 2 floors down - beautiful but obviously damp where underground as the dehumidifier was certainly drawing a lot of dampness / steam out of the room & bathroom. If asthmatic - maybe avoid this room. Breakfast was tasty & there was so much choice - but would have been nice for it to be slightly hotter when it's prepped to order. A lovely stay & would rebook again for sure.
