We had a wonderful stay at True Beach Resort! The hotel is beautifully located right by the beach, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. What really made our stay special were the amazing animators – always full of energy, friendly, and great at involving guests in fun activities without being pushy. Thanks to them, every day felt exciting. Highly recommend!

I've just returned from True Beach Resort after a week's stay. It was a very enjoyable stay in early March. The weather was kind to us. Regarding the hotel, we had a ground-floor room, just steps from the main pool, which I consider a plus – everything was close by. The room was wonderful, well-appointed, and spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful and huge (the only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower during peak hours, mornings and evenings – the water was barely lukewarm). The room was cleaned every day and extremely thoroughly – the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The minibar was stocked with soft drinks like Coke, Fanta Sprite, and water. It was restocked daily, but only with bottled water. The hotel was very intimate. There were few people there at the time, so we had no problems with sunbeds or space in the restaurant. The food was okay, though the selection was limited. Breakfast was rather monotonous (which is normal for Egypt), lunch was okay, but nothing special. Dinner was also acceptable, especially since there were grilled dishes – which were wonderful. If you're used to large resorts, it's completely intimate here, but that has its charm. The service in the restaurant and bars was wonderful! We had some issues with the bartender by the main pool – it would have been soo unhappy if he'd been there, and he was rude to us. He ignored us and seemed to deliberately pour us literally half a glass of beer or wine. We brought it to his attention and complained his behavior – it improved somewhat, but we heard from other guests that we weren't the only ones who had a problem with his behavior. The animators were wonderful – they deserve a shout-out because they're incredibly nice and do a great job. And that's about it... generally speaking, if you're looking for a cozy hotel with beautiful views and wonderful service – go for it. The transfer time from the airport was about 1:15 hours (a bit far). We returned refreshed and completely happy. We might come back :)

One of the best travel experiences I’ve had! The hotel is honestly a 10/10. The rooms are beautiful and look exactly like the photos actually. Bed is very comfortable, no problem with hot water and every detail i super stylish. The surroundings are even better in real life. The staff made the stay really special. Everyone was so kind and caring, from the reception team to the bartenders, waiters, and housekeeping. You can tell they genuinely want guests to have a great time. The animation team was great too — always around organizing activities like stretching, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, kids club and more, but never pushy or annoying. It’s especially nice since there isn’t much around the hotel. On one side you have the desert, and on the other the sea with incredible shades of blue and turquoise. And the food! There’s a great variety every day and the coffee was really good too. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. It also super calm, you will get a proper rest at night! If you don’t mind a bit of wind, just go! You won’t regret it. I felt completely safe and truly at home, even though I was far away from home.

Our stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. From the very first day we could feel the friendly atmosphere and high level of service. The hotel is very nice and, most importantly, very clean. Both the rooms and the common areas are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The food was also excellent. Every day the restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty dishes, so everyone could easily find something they liked. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and nicely presented. However, the best part of the hotel is definitely the staff. The service is amazing – the employees are always kind, helpful, and smiling, making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. A special mention goes to the animation team. The animators are fantastic – full of energy, very friendly, and always making sure everyone is having a great time. They organize many fun activities during the day and entertaining shows in the evening, so there is never a dull moment. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. I would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

?We have just returned from a week-long stay, and I can honestly say this was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The food here was world-class, far exceeding the typical all-inclusive standard. Every night featured a different culinary theme, from authentic Egyptian flavors to fresh Mediterranean seafood, and the show cooking stations where chefs prepare your meal to order were a fantastic touch. The location is simply breathtaking, featuring a pristine private beach and a magnificent house reef right off the pier. We saw rays, turtles, and incredible coral without ever needing to book an expensive boat trip. Our room was a sanctuary—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with the housekeeping staff surprising us daily with creative towel art and impeccable service. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. The animation team is full of energy but never pushy, organizing everything from morning aquaerobic to spectacular evening fire shows that kept the atmosphere electric. The entire staff, from the barman who remembers your favorite drink to the welcoming reception team, makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number. If you are looking for a place where you can truly relax, eat like a king, and enjoy world-class snorkeling, look no further. We are already planning our return for next year!

I discovered the TRUE BEACH Resort by chance during my last visit to Marsa Alam. At the airport, we were talking with other passengers about hotels, and someone mentioned this particular place. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews—and even the photos alone immediately caught my attention. My verdict is clear: 5* truly means 5* here. The hotel meets all the standards you would expect from a property of this class. The rooms are spacious, modern, and, above all, very clean. The heated pool deserves special mention—the water temperature in March was perfect. The hotel also offers daily entertainment, and the beach is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and mattresses. There are several bars available, and the whole experience is enhanced by the fantastic service. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the people. I can fully recommend TRUE BEACH Resort—with only one small downside: it’s a pity that this hotel is still not widely available in travel offers in Poland.

Mieli?my bardzo ?adne wakacje w tym hotelu. Jest to ma?y hotel, co sprawia, ?e jest idealny na spokojny i relaksuj?cy wypoczynek. Atmosfera jest cicha i spokojna – doskona?a do odpoczynku. Obs?uga jest bardzo cierpliwa, przyjazna i zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Bardzo docenili?my ich ?yczliwo?? i pozytywne nastawienie. Animatorka by?a wspania?a bardzo sympatyczna, profesjonalna i ?wietnie zajmowa?a si? go??mi. Zaj?cia by?y ciekawe i dobrze zorganizowane. Ogólnie by? to pi?kny i udany pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel na spokojne i przyjemne wakacje!
