Mooi en leuk hotel. Kamer echt groot. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulp zaam.Zwembad lekkere eten ook goed. Verder een mooie plek om op vakantie te gaan .ohrid oud stad heeft leuke winkels en terrasjes. Mooi om er te wandelen berg op. We hebben er een mooie vakantie gehad.

Stayed one night as part of our tour group. Lobby was quaint . Elevator not only small but worked faulty several times. Location on a quiet side of the neighborhood but actually just a little lengthy walk to the lake and old town where most happening is at. Noted the huge spacious rooms , considering the European standards. Felt it was a junior suite. Tv is not the smart streaming type however. And no improvised bidet either. No comment on eco friendly initiatives either . Leisure yes they have a pool and fitness center. Breakfast buffet was plentiful . Don’t expect omelet making station here. Yet selections come in as tasty.

Das Zimmer war riesig. Auch sonst ist es ein sch?nes und gut geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Leider steht eine Bauruine zwischen dem Hotel und dem See.

Very spacious rooms! Very clean. Didn't see any dirt anywhere in the hotel during our stay. The staff were polite. We had one issue, only 2 sachets of coffee in the room, no milk and only fruit tea. This was ok but we'd used the coffee up before the day was over so went to the reception to ask for some more but we're told to wait until tomorrow for it to be replenished. This wasn't a huge issue, we bought ght a cappuccino from the car instead, it just seemed odd, never had that in any hotel anywhere. Pool was clean and had plenty of seating. Good poolside menu, reasonably priced. Pool was a little deep. My partner could stand in the shallowest area, he's 6ft and his chin was still underwater when he was stood. Poolside was clean and tidy. There was a play room for children that had a ball pool and a small trampoline as well as a few bits of soft play. This was titled 'kids club'. When I had read that there was a kids club at this hotel I thought that meant there might've been some children's entertainment but there wasn't. There was also no adult entertainment during our stay, thankfully the walk into the town wasn't far and there was plenty going on there. The bar was well stocked with local drinks as well as the well known brands from the UK and USA. Breakfast in the morning was ok. Some hot and some cold. I mainly ate toast and yogurts which were fine. We ate in the restaurant once, this is an odd place, practically empty most of the time. Lovely staff, food ok. I didn't feel I wanted to eat there again. We didn't use the spa or the gym.

We have just returned from are Hoilday. What a lovely hotel it is. Check in was fast. Staff were lovely especially the lady on reception I think her name was sliyla but not sure. She was very friendly and helpful ??. The room was massive. The spa / Gym were really good I used the sauna/ steam room every day. The food was really cheap at the hotel/ drinks.

We had a great stay at Unique Hotel & Spa, Ohrid. The room was massive, very clean, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of choices we enjoyed. The staff were fine – we didn’t interact much, but everything we needed was well taken care of. It’s not quite the standard of a UK 5-star, but probably one of the top options in (North) Macedonia. A few small improvements could make it even better: larger shower towels, more consistent replenishment of toiletries, ensuring tea/coffee is topped up daily, and a warmer jacuzzi in the spa (never been in such a cold one!). The location is about a 20-minute walk from the old town, which we didn’t mind at all. Overall, a very comfortable stay. On a side note: we were warned by our agent about building work next door. Yes, a large hotel is being constructed (so views aren’t particularly great), but during our stay there was hardly any noise, and we were glad we didn’t cancel our trip.

This hotel is in a good location, it’s around 15/20 walk along the lake into the centre and there are restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is a good size, on occasion there were not enough sunbeds if you got to the pool after 11am. Spa facilities are nice. The hotel is clean and modern but could do with some touch ups (skirting board had come away from the wall and shower was hanging off the wall). Our major issue here and the reason for only 3 stars is the noise! We were located above the service entrance where staff would enter/prep meals and there was constant banging from 6:30am up to 7:30pm at night. The hotel is also located opposite a stadium which unfortunately for our whole stay we could hear the music from the events going on here until past 2am. The hotel told us TUI should have advised that this was happening in advance, the hotel staff told us we wouldn’t get any sleep with it and couldn’t move us as they were fully booked.

First impressions were really good, massive room overlooking the local tennis courts, lovely pool area and nicely presented restaurant. The cleanliness in general was average, the pool area wasn’t cleaned on 2 of our 7 days, which was reported to reception (took around 3 hours for it to be sorted). We had a power cut from 20:00 Tuesday until 15:40 Wednesday, emergency generator powered main areas but the staircase/rooms were pitch black. Reception put extension leads out to charge phones etc. Made do except for breakfast on the Wednesday when they didn’t even provide a glass of water (coffee and juice machines not working obviously) if you wanted a drink you had to buy one at the bar, cash only as no card machines working. Paid for half board, don’t bother - the breakfast was ok, but the evening meal was shocking. Everything was cold and either overcooked or undercooked. Sorry but we wouldn’t go back. Recommend the wine tasting at Patche Wine shop though, gorgeous wines and charcuterie board.

Just back from a week on a bed and breakfast basis. The hotel was lovely and clean our room was enormous with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The room was made up and cleaned every day with toiletries replenished and fresh towels Breakfast was good with a selection of fruits yoghurts pastries meats cheeses bacon eggs sausages etc all buffet style. The pool outside was lovely with pool towels provided by the spa. Spa area great for which we had full use included in our stay with the exception of spa treatments . There are building works going on next door to the hotel which were a little noisy at times but didn’t really impact on us too much. The noise wasn’t constant. The reception staff were very polite and friendly as with the ladies who cleaned our room. Unfortunately couldn’t say the same for the restaurant staff whom we found quite miserable and not engaging in fact on a couple of occasions quite rude. Also would have to say the same about the staff in the Spa area. That aside we had a great time. Lake Ohrid really took us by surprise with beautiful scenery and plenty to do and explore
