I was rather apprehensive about staying here after Tui informed us that building work was going on across the road from the hotel,but I took a gamble and it paid off,as it had stopped during the Summer so no noise impact.The hotel is ideally placed from the hustle and bustle of Ohrid centre and it makes a lovely flat walk of about 15 minutes along the promenade,beside the lake to the centre,where there were numerous restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes.I had upgraded the room to include a balcony where we spent many an evening having a glass of wine before venturing out,I must hasten to add that the balcony was very small for the massive room size but apparently these rooms were meant to be apartments instead of rooms so it makes sense.The breakfast choice was plentiful,fresh and ample to cater for all nationalities and there was snacky food to order from around the pool with plenty of loungers and parasols provided,so no sun bed wars!The swimming pool was lovely and provided a refreshing dip as the temps were reaching over 34C and the pool bar offered good service for the obligatory cocktail or two with drinks and food brought to your lounger.We did numerous trips independently and with Tui,St Naum,Bay of Bones,Wine tasting and Albanian which we all fully enjoyed.We had a wonderful time in North Macedonia and glad we chose to stay here,I feel we’ve found a hidden gem so make sure you visit until over tourism affects the authenticity of the country and prices go silly,as at the moment it is excellent value for money.

Kald???m en geni? standart odaya sahip oteldi diyebilirim. Merkezin hemen biti?i?inde g?le yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvalt?s? ve ak?am yemekleri ?e?it ve lezzet olarak son derece yeterliydi. Spor kompleksleri tenis kortlar? basketbol sahalar? gibi geni? alanlara sahip bir otel. Rak?m gere?i yazlar? bile serin olan ve tertemiz havas? olan ohrid ve bu otel bu anlamda spor severler i?in de ideal. Kendisine ait otopark? mevcut. Oda temizli?i ve personel ilgisi ba?ar?l?.

Recently visited this hotel, on a TUI holiday nobody informed us that across from the front of this beautiful hotel there are now two large building sites. These completely ruin the view TUI failed to inform us about this and the constant building work with pneumatic drills daily, because the swimming pool is to the side of the hotel the noise was awful you could not hold a conversation on any day except Sunday. I could not fault the hotel itself staff friendly, and hotel spotless, the country is amazing, another slight problem says all rooms have balconies not all rooms do but the rooms are huge.

Prachtig ontvangst met verschillende welkomst drankjes en versnaperingen. Vriendelijk personeel die graag mee denkt en een praatje maakt. Erg schoon, voldoende ruimte en mogelijkheden in de wellness. En aan het zwembad. Mooie ligging, vlakbij de Boulevard.

Prachtig hotel met veel faciliteiten. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is wel iets gehorig. Grote kamers. Ontbijt was voor ons voldoende keus. Koffie echt heel erg vies is niet te doen. Koffie in de lobby ( betaald) wel lekker. Naar centrum 1.5 kilometer langs de boulevard is prima te lopen. Wij hebben ook fietsen gehuurd via de receptie en werden bij hotel gebracht. Aan de voorkant wordt gebouwd dit kun je beetje horen als je kamer daar is, net als bij het zwembad. De werkzaamheden vallen mee en om 16.00 is het wel klaar. Wij waren veel weg dus niets van meegekregen. Spa en fitness is prima zo ook het onverwarmde zwembad.

Heel fijn verblijf voor een week Ohrid, met 20 minuutjes lopen ben je midden in het centrum, ook nog een mooie route langs het meer. Kamers zeer ruim en dagelijkse schoonmaak. Fijne fitness en wellness erbij. Badjassen en badlakens van het hotel te leen (gratis). Voldoende ligbedjes en parasolletjes aan zwembad, water nog wel weg frisjes. Ontbijt vrij standaard maar prima voor elkaar.

Pro: - heerlijke ruime kamer met prima badkamer - Spa & Gym (met goede apparatuur) - vriendelijk personeel - ontbijt met veel keuze - schoon - ligging (centrum binnen loopafstand) - ATM met lage transactiekosten Con: - Bij het ontbijt is er een ruime keuze, maar het aanbod is dagelijks hetzelfde - Zwembad is niet verwarmd - Spa en zwembad zijn wel toe aan een renovatie - Er wordt in Macedoni? heel veel gerookt. Onze kamer zat op 2e etage boven de personeelsingang van de keuken en daar stond het personeel van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat te roken. Het raam van de kamer open laten staan was dus (wij roken niet) geen optie, de hele kamer stonk naar rook als we dat deden. Toen we er melding van maakten ging het 2 dagen goed en daarna begon het gerook weer.

Het meest luxe hotel van Ohrid. Zulke grote kamers heb ik nog nooit gezien. Wij verbleven met 2 volwassen en een dochter van 13 jaar in een Deluxe superior kamer 2- 5 personen. Heerlijke zithoek met bankstel en stoelen, TV, mooie nette en schone badkamer. Klein balkonnetje, net groot genoeg voor 2 personen, voor ons prima. Ontbijt goed met een uitgebreide keuze. Diner hebben we niet gegeten in het hotel. Lekker koel zwembad, handdoeken service en ook je bestelde drinken en eten word bij je bedje gebracht aan het zwembad. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Airco in het hele hotel en op de kamers.

Prachtig hotel zeer ruime kamers. Ontbijt is prima niet afwisselend maar wel veel keus. Centrum is lekker oploop afstand. Er wordt wel gewerkt bij het hotel maar veel overlast geeft dit niet. We hebben hier niet s'avonds gegeten in hotel maar dit is wel mogelijk. Personeel is vriendelijk.

We visited for a week with TUI at the end of August, start of September. We had stayed at the same time the previous year. We had not paid for an upgrade but should have done as whilst the room was again huge, there was no balcony which we definitely missed. There have been a couple of improvements in the year since our last visit. The breakfast has more choices and is better for it. The pool area was much nicer with better beds and umbrellas and somebody taking responsibility for keeping the area clean and we'll tended. Unfortunately whilst on holiday I contracted a virus and was ill. The TUI rep, Olivier, helpfully arranged for an English speaking doctor to visit the hotel and provide medication. So well done Olivier! As many others have remarked, the hotel is really nice and comfortable. Ohrid itself is a short walk away and is fantastic. Food and drink is exceptional value. The views are amazing. A brilliant place to visit.
