Our stay at the W Florence was amazing (great size rooms, clean and modern, friendly staff, very convenient location), but their concierge made our stay exceptional! Aldo at the W Florence delivered one of the best concierge experiences my mother and I have ever had—and that’s saying a lot. We were traveling through Italy with very little planning and reached out just two days before arriving in Florence hoping (realistically, wishing) for a reservation at one of the top, nearly impossible-to-book restaurants in Florence. Aldo made it happen. Seamlessly. Beyond that, we wanted a winery tour in Tuscany that was personal, winter-appropriate, not overly long, within an hour of Florence, and included transportation. Aldo asked us to connect once we checked in, had a brief conversation with us, made a single phone call, and immediately curated the perfect private winery experience—exactly tailored to our preferences. Throughout our stay, Aldo went above and beyond: sharing local insights, checking in to ensure we enjoyed dinner and the winery, and even welcoming us with a complimentary glass of wine at the W bar. His service was proactive, warm, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely personal. My mother spent 40 years in the hotel industry, and both of us agree—Aldo is an exceptional concierge and a true asset to the W brand. We left Florence feeling cared for, connected, and incredibly grateful. An absolute standout in luxury hospitality.

入住当天上午我提前抵达，虽然未到规定的办理时间，但前台员工主动协助我提前入住，对此我十分感谢。然而，我被安排入住的房间存在明显问题：不仅紧邻杂物间（不知为何在意大利我总被分到此类房间），而且室内下水道气味浓重。本想着工作人员让我提前入住已是照顾，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之后，异味愈发严重，实在无法忍受连续住三晚。外出返回后，我向前台提出换房请求，接待的是一位不同的女员工。她显得很不情愿，神情中流露出嫌麻烦的态度，表现不够专业。虽然最终为我更换了房间，但新房间的衞生间比之前小了近一半，我不确定是否为同等房型。直到次日，另一位前台女孩主动为此前的房间问题向我致歉，也承认了异味的存在。整体而言，这次入住经历可谓优劣交织，服务水平参差不齐。

位置特别好，走去火车站很近，离百花大教堂等也很近，房间舒服，就是水龙头的水有点小，总体来説还是推荐的
