What a hotel and what a service! Normally I don’t like W hotels, but my husband insisted that we must try this new property. I am glad he did because it was amazing from the moment we entered the door we were welcomed with a big and warm smile the employees went over and beyond. They had noted it was my birthday and had prepared a surprise. Small details that makes the big difference. We were wowed from the start until the end. This is the first W hotel that for me delivers their whatever whenever. Breakfast was so delicious the best we had in Italy it really exceeded our expectations. A good selection in the buffet even the croissants tasted as in France and the dishes from the a la carte Yum! The restaurant Tratto is also a must try! The rooms are beautiful. The bed, the bathroom, the amenities, the steamer all top notch. After this stay I might even consider other W hotels. For sure it will be our first choice for our next trip to Florence. Can’t wait to come back and to visit their roof top that will open soon. Thank you Valentina, thank you Giorgia and your beautiful team front of house and not to forget in f&b the breakfast team. Thank you all employees for making our stay so special my only wish that it would have last longer.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was so kind and welcoming. They really made us feel special. In addition, they helped me with a few surprises (flowers, champaign, etc.) for my bride upon arrival. The hotel/room was very clean and elegant. Even if it was just the soft opening, it was already top-notch service and cuisine. Centrally located as well, you can just walk everywhere. Highly recommend W Hotel for a romantic getaway or just a regular visit to Florence!

The new W is in a great location only 5 minutes walk to the Duomo and all the wonderful sights of Florence. Very cool stylish design with wonderful friendly staff . Amazing lobby bar partially open roof great inside outside feel. Highly recommend , it’s only just opened but the service levels are amazing .

Our stay at W Firenze was fantastic! Giorgia and her team were warm, professional, and went above and beyond — even handling our parking. The hotel is stylish and vibrant, with a great inner courtyard lounge, excellent breakfast, and a lively bar scene. A perfect mix of flair, comfort, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!
