A gem overnight stay with that boutique style pub and a chef who knows how to cook. We booked our stay well in advance to find this unique stay over 15 minutes just outside of Bath. It is situated in the peaceful village of Monkton Combe, surrounded by picturesque hills and valleys. Accommodation is first class, cosy and superior. It’s a family owned Pub and these folk are passionate about service and the place is tranquil. We highly recommend a stay here and enjoy the ambience with a top class chef.

Beautiful location, very easy access to Bath. fantastic room, spotlessly clean and great facilities. The staff were amazing, so friendly, especially Harry the Manager and the owners Richard and his lovely wife. We were made to feel so welcome. The restaurant food was wonderful, great choices, so good we booked for the 2nd night. Beautiful gardens to sit out in. Lovely atmosphere and amazing value for money. Would highly recommend and would definitely be back if we were in the area again.
