Fine for a stopover. Rooms are exactly what you will expect for a Premier Inn, although average size, we’ve stayed in bigger Premier Inn rooms. Service was welcoming. The dining area was a bit unclean, chairs, tables felt sticky. Parking was OK, mostly under cover, not expensive, spaces are a bit on the narrow side. Location is very good, 3 minutes drive to a Tesco Extra, and 25 minutes from city centre.

The great thing about Premier Inn is that you tend to get exactly what you pay for. Predictably clean, tidy with quality linen and friendly team. The F&B offer leans towards simple tasty value, given that the a lot of guests use the excellent meal deal option. This evening, Roz excelled in providing prompt and courteous service, quickly correcting my own error in drink choice. Clearly there was a good dynamic between the kitchen and the team on the floor, as food materialised right on time hot fresh and as expected. It must be reassuring for the business to know that the people delivering “the brand” truly add value to the guest experience. Cheers all.

Having just had my first visit to a Premier Inn, with a disabled bathroom. The bathroom was excellent for my needs as a wheelchair users but I just have the following two comments. I didn't use the shower but washed at the basin. I thought there would have been a plastic chair for use there, rather than me to remain in my wheelchair. I was reliant on a family member to open the main door for me and then wheel me through. Again I couldn't have a exited the room in an emergency as the door was so strong. It needs a push button facility to hold the door open to allow access before closing automatically. My stay at Winnal Road Winchester

The location is convent to where I am going. It has a parking lot which is good for guests with cars. The room is a bit small, 2 beds are quite compact.
