Room clean and prepared, only issue was we filled up the kitchen garbage pretty quickly. Friendly, funny staff and designated safe basement parking and smoking lounge.

Best front desk staff ever. Very impressed. This place is not new and sparkly, but it was clean- and the 2 bedroom layout impressed us, the beds and pillows were really good- and we will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for the $$, and with the great staff- it's a win.

Very solid and economical choice in the hub of downtown. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room was not only cleaner and larger than rooms that my friends had booked in the area, it also had the added benefit of a mini kitchen and laundry. My room became the meet up spot!

Excellent place to stay in Reno. Very roomy, comfy beds, kitchen had everything needed for meals and even for baking cookies. Highly recommend. Super clean which was very appreciated having a toddler in the room.

WorldMark Reno by Wyndham is a timeshare property, so I was a little nervous about staying here as I didn't know what the checkin process would be or who was managing the room. The front desk employee told me that when their property doesn't sell their weeks to timeshare owners, they open up the property to the general public via third party booking sites like *******. Instructions from ******* were to contact the property ahead of time for checkin instructions - which wasn't necessary. The checkin process was smooth and simple. There is a front desk employee on-site 24/7 and if they are not at the desk when attempting to check in late at night, there is a phone number to call and the employee will come to greet you. Parking was covered and right in front of the entrance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed if you want to cook. The property was walking distance to the riverfront, midtown, downtown, and even UNR. Would stay here again.
