We had an amazing stay. The staff were the nicest people. The room was so nice and super clean. We will definitely stay again!

Was right downtown Reno- so did not feel safe being out in that area. Staff was super, enjoyed the pool and the workout room only had 4 pieces of equipment- but I was the only one there when I worked out- so it was fine

The accommodations were perfect. I brought six people, and there was plenty of room for all of us sleep comfortably. The staff were very warm and inviting. Jeff and Samone were excellent people and full of resources. They made my stay excellent!

The secure underground parking and that a key card is the only way to get in the elevators and your room.
