We zijn net terug van een verblijf in Zafiro Mallorca. Onze aankomst om 21:45 uur verliep teleurstellend, omdat er niets geregeld was met betrekking tot eten. Na een lange reis – een flinke wandeling op het vliegveld en daarna drie uur in de transferbus – moesten we daardoor met een lege maag naar bed. De kamer zelf was ruim, maar de slaapbank in de woonkamer was hard en duidelijk doorgezakt. De slaapkamer was prima en de badkamer weliswaar verouderd, maar functioneerde goed: er was altijd warm water en het bad werkte naar behoren. Minder prettig was de airconditioning, die alleen koude lucht blies. Dat was vooral vervelend omdat de eerste dag koud en regenachtig was. Omdat het die eerste dag regende, besloten we gebruik te maken van het binnenzwembad. Op de website wordt vermeld dat dit bad verwarmd is, maar dat bleek niet te kloppen. Het zwembad was erg klein en ijskoud. Het bubbelbad was even koud en werkte niet naar behoren; er kwamen zelfs geen bubbels. De sauna was duidelijk al in jaren niet meer goed onderhouden, met schimmel in het hout, en zelfs de deuren van de toiletten zaten los. Het kinderbad bij de buitenbaden was op zich leuk met glijbanen en speelplekken, maar het onderhoud liet te wensen over. De verf bladderde van de trapjes en glijbanen en het water was erg koud. Ons kind speelde er graag, maar kwam er vaak met blauwe lippen uit. Ook de overige buitenbaden waren koud. Daarbij zat de bar in het zwembad zelf grotendeels van de dag in de schaduw, waardoor het onaangenaam fris was om daar te zitten. Het eten was op zich goed, maar weinig gevarieerd; elke dag was het ongeveer hetzelfde. Het à la carte restaurant Blackwell was een positieve uitzondering: lekker eten, maar de porties waren wel erg groot. Minder goed geregeld vonden we de openingstijden van de bars. De poolbar sluit al tussen 16:00 en 16:30 uur, precies op het moment dat het nog warm en druk is bij het zwembad. De bar bij het podium gaat pas om 17:00 uur open, wat voor een onhandige overlap zorgt. De cocktails waren gelukkig prima. Voor de kinderen was er entertainment, maar in september merkte je duidelijk dat het richting het einde van het seizoen ging. Het enthousiasme was minder, maar er waren wel leuke activiteiten zoals de medaille-games overdag. Daar hoeven kinderen maar één keer aan mee te doen. Op hun laatste avond krijgen ze dan een echte medaille uitgereikt, wat een leuke afsluiter was. Al met al hebben we een oké vakantie gehad, maar het hotel voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. Gezien de prijs en het all-inclusive concept vonden wij het aanbod en onderhoud onvoldoende en zouden wij hier niet opnieuw boeken. Pluspunten - Ruime kamer - Badkamer functioneel met altijd warm water - à la carte restaurant Blackwell lekker (grote porties) - Cocktails prima - Kinderbad leuk qua opzet - Medaille-games en minidisco een leuke ervaring voor kinderen - uitzonderingen op aantal personeelsleden die erg leuk en vriendelijk waren maar dit waren er niet veel! Wat fijn om te lezen dat u volop heeft kunnen genieten van de ruime kamer, de goed werkende badkamer, lekkere cocktails en leuke kinderactiviteiten. Het doet ons goed dat uw kind veel speelplezier had in het kinderbad en dat u positieve ervaringen heeft gehad bij het Blackwell restaurant. Ook waarderen we uw warme woorden voor de vriendelijkheid van enkele teamleden. Echter vinden wij het jammer dat bepaalde punten niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeden. We betreuren het dat de aankomst en enkele onderdelen van onze faciliteiten niet naar wens zijn verlopen. Ook spijtig dat u onvoldoende variatie in het eten ervaarde en de service rond de baropeningstijden niet praktisch vond. Over de kamers willen we graag delen dat wij werken aan verbetering en een volledige renovatie van hotel en kamers gepland hebben voor seizoen 2026, inclusief nieuw meubilair en meer comfort. Het zou geweldig zijn om u dan als één van de eersten te mogen ontvangen. Tot slot verheugt het ons dat u ons animatieteam en de opzet van ons kinderprogramma waardeerde, en dat er fijne momenten zijn geweest samen met uw gezin. We worden regelmatig erkend als een van de beste familiehotels van Spanje en hopen dat u die sfeer ook heeft meegekregen. Sehr nettes Personal und genug Auswahl für alle, sei es essen, trinken oder Unterhaltung! Auch viele Spielm?glichkeiten für die Kids (Spielplatz, Fu?ballplatz oder MiniClub) Sauberkeit ist auch ok… Wir bedanken uns bei Artura den Fotografen der sein Job exzellent gemacht hat! Wir sind sehr zufrieden :)

On arrival we were told we'd be able to extend the room considering we wouldn't be picked up until 6pm. So have turned up to confirm and as we are not 'on the list' we have to pack up early. Sunbeds - if you want one with shade (the parasols are attached to the ground and cannot be moved), you need to be at the pool by 7am. The prime locations near the pool bar are all taken a lot earlier, have been down at just before 7am and the whole area is carpeted by blue towels with not a soul in sight. Kids entertainment starts way too early, it's so hot it's unbearable. Whole hotel basically shuts down at 10pm. The beach is nice and sandy with crystal clear waters but expect it to be packed. Food is okay, what you'd expect from an all inclusive and staff are great. The Italian wasn't open for our stay, we are at the pool restaurant and the grill, just great to get away from the crowds. No issues with the main restaurant, it's never been crowded that we had to wait, guess that's from going down for dinner at 7.30-8pm. Beer is good and so are the cocktails. You do queue for drinks but not for too long. Kids loved the all you can raid ice cream freezer and dispenser by the wet bar. easyJet transfer to the hotel took 3 hours, in town a taxi to the airport is just about €90. Especially on the way to the hotel, if you don't want to hang around and get a view of all the other hotels, as the Zafiro was last, then jump in a cab. Journey back isn't as important, just want you make the most of it while you can. Downgraded as we were told we could extend, and know block 2 is used for overflow but bluntly told we were not on the list it was a no.

Bel h?tel avec ses points forts, le complexe est très bien adapté aux enfants , les buffets sont très bons et la nourriture variée, le all inclusive a très peu de restrictions. Les points faibles sont que les chambres sont vieillottes, beaucoup de moisissures dans les douches , le lit appoint était plein de sable à notre arrivée . Estamos pasando una semana maravillosa en el Zafiro Can Picafort y la verdad es que nos ha encantado. El hotel está pensado al detalle para familias con ni?os, con un montón de zonas adaptadas para ellos, actividades todo el día, piscinas ideales… es imposible que se aburran, y eso hace que los padres también podamos relajarnos de verdad. La comida ha sido una sorpresa muy agradable. Mucha variedad, buena calidad en el buffet y platos que van cambiando a diario. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, han sido los restaurantes a la carta. ?Una pasada! Puedes pedir lo que quieras, sin restricciones, como si estuvieras en un restaurante. Esto no lo hemos visto en ningún otro resort ni en Baleares ni en Canarias. Un 10 en ese sentido. El hotel en general mantiene un nivel altísimo de servicio, y lo que más nos ha llamado la atención ha sido el personal. Se nota que trabajan a gusto, que hay buen ambiente entre ellos, y eso se transmite al cliente en cada sonrisa y cada detalle. Aunque es temporada alta, no se ve a nadie agobiado ni con malas caras, todo lo contrario: están atentos, simpáticos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Felicidades a la gerencia, porque eso solo se consigue cuidando bien a la gente. No suelo dar nombres porque seguro que me dejaría a muchos, pero quiero hacer una mención especial a los camareros Manuel, Tomeu y Alan, que fueron encantadores con nosotros todos los días. Y sobre todo a Carlos y Alberto del equipo de animación, que son pura dinamita. Lo dan todo, conectan con ni?os y adultos, y hacen que cada actividad sea divertida. Carlos tiene una energía increíble, y Alberto es carisma puro. También destacar a Sol, siempre cercana y sonriente. Por decir algo a mejorar, las habitaciones están bien pero se nota que son algo antiguas. Aun así, funcionales y limpias, y tengo entendido que está previsto renovarlas, así que cuando lo hagan será difícil encontrarle una pega a este hotel. Nos vamos muy contentos, con la sensación de haber acertado de lleno con la elección. Hemos estado rodeados de gente maravillosa y nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos. ?Repetiremos seguro!

We’ve only been here for a day but I feel compelled to write a review already because of the brilliant service and hospitality. We’ve been to a few places in the Caribbean that were also 4 star where the service was a bit sub par but the service here has been so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

We had a brilliant time at this hotel we are a family of 4 with 2 little ones. Our highlights were the food, drinks, pool bubble, pirate pool and the comfortable beds at smaller pool. We would spend mornings at the beach only a 10 min walk away and afternoons at pool. We ate in all the restaurants and loved having lunch at the pool bar and our favourite meal was at the pool restaurant too! Would like to call out all the amazing staff that work at this hotel, the bar staff, restaurant staff, entertainment team, cleaning team, lifeguards, the list goes on so many people making it a great hotel. I also spotted the GM walking round on loads of occasions and engaging with her team. Don’t let some of the reviews put you off booking, the rooms might need modernising but they are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a charge for a the use of a travel cot I do think this should be embedded in the price but it was a good cot and our child slept well in it. You can’t control the air con from your room as centrally controlled however it was also nice and cool. We had the basic room and did think the garden rooms would have been quite nice to stay in and the swim up rooms also looked great. We don’t like to claim sun loungers with towels but there was always plenty of space when we were there to find somewhere in the shade. I’ve only taken pictures of my burger meals but I mostly ate the salads which were fresh and tasty!

第一次评价，不知道能否成功。如果你是想来度假，并且带着孩子来，那么恭喜你找对了地方。这里员工很亲切，有很多小童活动，吃的也从不吝啬，不会故意把土豆和鸡做的很好吃，海鲜和肉选质量差的，半食宿plus是包酒的，我们换着花样的吃，没有得到免费白眼。房间有点旧，但是设施都是好的，度假期间客人们都很好，经常会有带不走的东西放在楼道口免费跟别人分享。是的，在这里大家找到了安全感。我喜欢这种感觉。
