I travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

I stayed at Zenith Hotel Kuantan recently and found the experience a bit underwhelming. The breakfast was the same for two days and not very tasty. The air-conditioning in the room wasn’t cold enough, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture looked old and could use some updating. Overall, the room felt dull and lacked a welcoming vibe. The location is good, but the hotel really needs some improvements to match its rating. I hope they consider refreshing the rooms and improving the breakfast selection in the future.

Hotel feel a bit outdated. But location wise is good. But it didnt feel like a 5 star hotel . Breakfast was mediocre for the price.

Food is great. Maybe just need to add a little more choice for buffet. Location is just nice.

Strategic location. In front hotel got mall. Only walk 2 mins from hotel. Breakfast super good with much variety to choose. Can improve the registration so that no need to queue for too long.
Reminder: need to validate your tngo card at receptionist every time you want to leave the hotel (if driving) to get free parking. If dont, they will charge your card.

老五星，东海岸广场对面，百盛对面，吃喝购物方便。酒店设施跟不上五星的水准。早餐一般。

房间挺大，对面是商业中心，不过设施和服务欠缺。前两天居然连洗脸毛巾都没有，问过了也不拿来，浴室没有防滑垫。第一天连地也不扫，衞生就是随便做。早餐品种一般般，品种不多，以伊斯兰口味为主

The journey to find the hotel was ok. It is in front of the Kuantan East Coast Mall. The park lot in the building has direct access to the Lobby.
Check-in was fast. Although you stay for a night, you still required to pay deposit for RM200.
When entering the room, the carpet smell is quite strong and makes us feel uncomfortable. But after turning on the AC, the bad smell has reduced. The room is super clean and amenities are great too. Except for the tv channel. We tried to connect it to the wifi, but the connection kept being cut off.
The breakfast was great too.
