Foods were super mahal. Hope to get more discount n ask the cashier to do. But still no discount..very bad ???? I already join the zenith rewards but still didn't get the benefits. Also my rooms Is far from the lift not nearest.

The hotel lifts is really terrible. Spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts. The breakfast was also not very good. The location of the hotel is the only good thing about this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my family members or friends. Bad exper overall

商务首选吧..因为在“市中心”旁边百盛购物中心等。本地朋友推荐的酒店。
设施：比较老，和五星酒店还是有差距的，国内3星的设施？洗手盆里居然还有烟头。
配套：游泳池、健身房位於4楼，早上游楼一会，人不多，感觉还可以。
早餐：中规中矩，个人只是鸡蛋多了一点，其他的没有吃啥。
第二天果断换到了海边度假村…

我是周末的时候订的。比平时涨了100多，唯一的印象就是酒店前台五六个人没一个有笑容的。作为关丹的地标性建筑，不应该是这样的服务水平。毕竟在当地人均收入2000-5000的收入来説，一晚上400-600的价格不算便宜了。我觉得职业性假笑应该要有的

没有浴巾，墙纸脱落欠保养，所谓五星认真麻麻。关丹的酒店都管理不佳，另一天租了Swiss-belhotel关丹，这间所谓四星标准，不认同啦！根本是以卖公寓为目的。

酒店不错，环境比较安静，而且早餐很好吃，服务也挺好，价格比较亲民，适合休闲度假，给个好评鼓励一下吧。
