Alles was ok voor een 4 sterren hotel. Veel lawaai en vaak een cigarettengeur maar de rest was in orde. Ik verbleef hier maar 1 nacht dus het maakte voor mij niet zo veel uit. Het personeel was vriendelijk en we kregen ook nog een late maaltijd aangeboden.

Exceptional Stay – Truly Inclusive Hospitality. My stay at JAZ Soma Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home. We were also kindly allowed a late checkout, which made our departure relaxed and stress-free: a gesture that truly reflects excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Christine from Beach Customer Relations, who was always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The animation team deserves huge praise — Arwa, Mariam, and Bika were simply amazing. They made a special effort to warmly welcome and actively engage my daughters, Jana (16 years) and Malak (15 years), making them feel included, happy, and excited to participate in the activities. Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm created beautiful memories for the girls. The hotel offers plenty of daily activities, a lively atmosphere, and a very enjoyable vibe. The food was very good, with nice variety and quality, and the availability of two à la carte restaurants was an added bonus. What truly stands out — and deserves to be highlighted — is that Egyptian guests are treated with the same respect, warmth, and quality of service as foreign guests, which sadly is not always common in Hurghada. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and heartwarming stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend JAZ Soma Beach Hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

A nice vacation on the beach. Nice beach but very small for the number of people. Food was good but need more varieties. Service is perfect. Animation team is great.

Despite the choice of food at the buffet. The quality was not that good. It was very greasy. Otherwise the rooms are very spacious and confortable

Das Zimmer war super und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Essen, Strand - alles top. Der Urlaub w?re fast perfekt gewesen, h?tte das Hotel nicht ein massives Mosquito Problem. Unser Baby und unser Kleinkind wurden über Nacht v?llig zerstochen und auch ein Zimmerwechsel in den 3. Stock hat nicht geholfen. Das Hotel hat sich gro?e Mühe gegeben, uns zu helfen und es kam t?glich jemand, der Insektizide in unserem Zimmer versprüht hat. Wir hatten ein Steckdosen Device mit Duft und wir haben im Hotel ein Deet-haltiges Mückenspray gekauft, womit ich jeden Abend die Kinderbetten eingesprüht habe. Au?erdem habe ich beide Kinder immer vor dem Schlafengehen mit Mückenspray eingesprüht, was man bei einem 8 Monate alten Baby eigentlich überhaupt nicht machen darf. Und natürlich mussten wir mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage schlafen, was normalerweise im November in ?gypten auch nicht n?tig w?re, da die Au?enluft kühl genug ist, sodass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen k?nnte. Mit diesen ganzen Ma?nahmen haben wir es dann geschafft, dass die Kinder keine weiteren Stiche bekommen haben aber so haben wir uns den Urlaub natürlich nicht vorgestellt und wir hatten auch bei dem ganzen Gift kein gutes Gefühl. Jeden Abend wurden noch Insektizide in der ganzen Anlage versprüht. Schuld sind die unn?tigen und in ?gypten nicht heimischen Grünanlagen. Durch Tropfschlauchbew?sserung und dadurch stehende Wasserpfützen haben Mosquito Larven natürlich die besten Voraussetzungen.

Dejligt ophold. Flink service. Eneste minus er at de ikke giver vand p? flaske mere, pga. deres b?redygtighedstiltag, s? man f?r 2L glaskander hver morgen - hvilket ikke er s? optimalt med sm? b?rn. Vi endte derfor med at k?be mineralvand, da de b?de smagte bedre og var nemmere.
