Vom ersten Moment an war der Service makellos – das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Hier wird wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet. Definitiv ein Ort, an den ich immer wieder zurückkehren werde!“

We stayed in the Jaz Soma beach from the 5th of November for two weeks. What a gem of a hotel every member of staff from the gardeners and maintenance staff, the waiter bar staff reception staff couldn't be more helpful, I am not naming names as their are too many. I must make an exception and thank Mustafa, the head chef who went above and beyond. We hope to return soon. Rooms are great.

We were a family of 5 rooms, spent a short holiday over the past week. It was a great experience. The team did spare any effort to make our stay as pleasant as we may wish. The hotel is located on its own natural sandy beach and features two swimming pools, one of them is heated and integerates a small kids aqua. We dined at the beach restaurant, the Italian and the main one. Everyone of us liked the food very much, although there were different age groups and children among our party. The White Party on Tuesday evening was nice. The hospitality of the whole team with no expectation was above and beyond expectation. Thanks for the beautiful stay ??

Hello friends... I just wanted to share with you my wonderful experience in this hostel that looks like heaven and the atmosphere in it makes you really feel like you are at home moving and spending time and enjoying without any pressure and on top of all this the animator team in fact I did not expect that I would find a team that is cohesive and professional in this way they are really a wonderful team and they have a convincing leader and he has a distinctive style that makes us feel the strength of his team in working and achieving wonderful things every day and also the food had a different taste in it the eastern Arab character and its details in the spices that make you not stop eating and of course we do not forget the rooms and the way they are cleaned and the touches of the cleaning workers there in the room and the decorations and thanks to the reception team for the good treatment I advise you to try visiting this hotel and my message to my friends we will meet soon bye see you in February ????

Доброго дня. Отдыхали в сентябре с супругом, в отелях данной сети не первый раз. Персонал приветливый, территория ухоженная, море и пляж прекрасны. Питание на 10 баллов, любителям креветок и рыбы, вам сюда. Десерты тоже супер. Досуг организован прекрасно, главное не навязчиво, хочешь участвуй, хочешь нет. Нам понравилось , приедем еще

Esperienza molto bella. Resort molto curato. Lo consiglio per famiglie. Personale molto gentile e attento a tutti dettagli. La spiaggia ha diretto accesso al mare. Il cibo varia sempre e si trova sempre qualcosa di buono. L'animazione è molto attiva e simpatica. Ottimo il miniclub ed eccezionale il personale di Alpitour. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana con due bimbe di 3 e 5 anni e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

Wir k?nnen dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, man wird auf H?nden getragen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man hat schon das Gefühl das sie es ehrlich meinen und Freude haben. Besonders zu erw?hnen sind Alaa an der Bar, Gamal an der Poolbar und Amed am Strand. Aber auch im Restaurant und alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind der Hammer.

Top Anlage! Sehr sauber! Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Abwechslungsreich durch zwei Buffetrestaurants (Beach-Grillrestaurant und Lobby-Restaurant) sowie Burgerrestaurant und Italienisches- sowie ?gyptisches Restaurant. Also sehr gute Abwechslung geboten. Animationsteam auch Top! Bietet alles und ist aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Service egal ob am Beach, am Pool Rezeption, Roomservice top. Super freundlich. Trotz Allinclusive sehr gute Cocktails mit Ambiente genie?en in den vier Bars oder auch am Pool. Tolle Woche mit Urlaub ab der ersten Sekunde. Sehr zu empfehlen und überraschend viele Stammg?ste die schon ?fter dort waren, teilweise schon das zweite und dritte mal alleine in diesem Jahr. Wir kommen auch definitiv wieder!??????

酒店房子乾净明亮！包的餐特别好吃！不过沙滩就比较小了。到这里还是自驾方便点哦！红海真是太美了！值得再去！
