Couldn’t ask for more, clean place and great staff, Beach was perfect very convenient for family and friends An all inclusive worth of a 5 stars

The location was good, the staff were friendly but the food was terrible, not much variety and some of the food was reheated. The water bottles were not nestle or Dasani, it was glass bottles that they refill it and didn’t taste good. I had to cancel a night a leave early. I didn’t have a good experience.

服务很好环境不错但是设施一般（主要是房间设施，比如説我的房卡**ower的地方连结不灵需要半夜找维修的人）洗澡热水要先放5分钟。

Stayed 25 to 29th Nov hrat d pool came in handy Booked deluxe rear view room clean spacious but a view of roof tops and rubbish below balcony was not great Cocktails were ok beer Sakara good Now ive stayed at 2 other Jaz resorts in Hurghada and this hotel is not great compared to them The breakfast room was disorganised staff had no idea after ordering coffee and waiting 20 mins I got up and done it myself The waiter was rude when I said I didn't need help carrying Anyway the food was plentyful and lots of choice Lunch at brach restaurant Remal was lovely Mahmoud is great eith his falling cup trick Evening entertainment was ok Circle bar upstairs near the alacartes in nice and Sheeban is a great waiter very pleasant

I would have loved to give this hotel a full 5 stars but leaving an honest review is only fair. We chose this hotel because of the full five star reviews it received on both Google maps and trip advisor, but after our stay I do question the authenticity of these reviews. Good points: 1. The hotel itself is aesthetically nice, very large and accommodating. 2. Two big pools for all plus a kids pool area and beach, more than enough room for everyone! Pool is Slightly cold but it’s that season now! 3. Room views are also spacious, abit dated though. if you’re lucky like myself you could have easy access from the back door out to the pool which was convenient! 4. Staff were helpful, animation staff were amazing and went above and beyond to entertain everyone. 5. Good choice of restaurants with a nice variety of food. Also restaurant staff helped celebrate my partners birthday which was a nice surprise for him Not so good points.. 1.. customer service is very slow.. When we checked in we got brought to our room. It was a twin room which was odd as we booked a queen room. Took some time for someone to come and move the beds together, had to ask twice. Also requested an iron, reassured us it was coming, and never came so had to change outfits. 2.. Possible miscommunication between staff and forgetfulness. We were asked if we would like decoration for my partners birthday dinner as well as decorations in the room which I said yes.. received none of these which was disappointing. Second occasion was when I called up to book a restaurant - said they would call me back with availability but never did, so called backed and said they had apparently booked a table. Got to the restaurant and they had no record of a table booked. Luckily they let us have dinner there still. 3.. Drinks are not amazing so don’t expect top quality, took me and my partner around 5 drinks to agree on one we found was alright.. 4.. very out the way from anything but thats no fault of the hotel, just the location really! One last note on the reviews - we were asked by a staff member to leave a review on the spot, made my partner create a whole Google account to make sure he did it…then send screenshots to him to prove we did it, which I feel makes more sense as to why the majority of these reviews are very high. Mixed feelings on whether I would stay here again. Maybe some improvements to customer service and would consider it!

We did enjoy our stay there. This was my 3rd time in the hotel. Everything was perfect & everyone was welcoming, especially Mr Abdelrahim who welcomed us, helped us during our stay in any inquiry, managed the Italian restaurant dinner reservation ..which was marvellous The breakfast is amazing, beach bar is really good, one of the pools is heated ..clean sandy beach Long story short, not the last time to go there. Highly recommend

The hotel is great, all services are amazing. very professional but yet warm and not very intrusive. The beach is great , crystal waters and clean beach. The food is excellent.

Wir waren schon zweimal dort, weil es uns sehr gut gef?llt. Die Zimmer sind gro?zügig, das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche ebenfalls und jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Die Restaurants bieten rund um die Uhr leckeres Buffet essen, bei dem jeder etwas findet.der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer N?he und der Service im gesamten Haus ist einzigartig. Dort gibt es eine deutschsprachige Betreuung, die jeden Tag nach Wünschen oder Verbesserung fragt.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable au Jaz Soma Beach hotel! Le staff est aux petits soins du début à la fin. Ovation particulière à IBRAHIM et AHMED qui sont de service au beach bar et au shisha bar, qui vont au-delà des standards de service, souriants toute la journée et la nuit. Toujours avec une attention particulière à notre égard, nous faisant vraiment sentir comme des privilégiés. Particulièrement lorsque j’avais des maux de ventre ils m’ont concocté une tisane spéciale pour me faire aller mieux et cette attention m’avait énormément touchée. La nourriture est très bonne et variée, tout est toujours très bien entretenu, une déco différente et spéciale sur le lit tous les soirs (encore des attentions en plus !), h?tel très propre. L’équipe d’animations est incroyable et toujours dans le bon mood! Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Jaz Soma Beach et encore mille mercis Ibrahim et Ahmed ????

Для меня тут все идеально: чистые номера, белоснежные полотенца, удобные кровати с разными подушками на выбор, красивая территория, отличная кухня, улыбчивый персонал. Я знаю, что если что - мне всегда помогут и все сделают оперативно и четко. О гостях заботятся, пожелания спрашивают и учитывают, Массауда просто сестра уже ?? Ресторан на пляже и шеф Мостафа - вообще моя любовь. Заход в море плавный, песчаный, можно нормально плавать, хотя иногда мне не хватает простора, чтобы плыть за горизонт, буйки я бы подвинула ?? Я тут не первый раз, прилетаю, как к себе домой. Грустно только не видеть сотрудников, к которым привык и с которыми подружился, потому что это очень круто, когда тебя узнают и действительно рады тебя видеть каждый раз. Надеюсь вернуться сюда еще не раз и встретиться снова со всеми ??
