I'm so sorry that you had to wait at your check in for another guest, understandably when in a hurry this can be frustrating and we will work with our team on how to best manager this situation. I do also apologise that you were disturbed by noise of guests and our team outside of your room when trying to enjoy a late check out. We will certainly work on these aspects, and do plan for some gentle refurbishment of all of our bedrooms in the coming weeks. I do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
