Abbiamo appena trascorso due settimane meravigliose al Serenusa Resort e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La struttura è ben curata, giardini e piante super curati, le camere spaziose e pulite, e la ristorazione offre un'ottima varietà e qualità, con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Ma il vero fiore all'occhiello di questo resort è senza dubbio l'animazione. Lo staff è eccezionale: un gruppo di ragazzi e ragazze pieni di energia, passione e professionalità. Fin dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti accolti e coinvolti. Le attività proposte sono tantissime e per tutte le età: dai tornei sportivi ai giochi in piscina e in spiaggia, dallo stretching mattutino ai fantastici spettacoli serali. è impossibile annoiarsi! Ogni sera, poi, gli spettacoli serali al teatro sono stati davvero emozionanti e divertenti : musical, cabaret, giochi interattivi... si percepisce chiaramente l'impegno e la preparazione dietro ogni performance. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutti gli animatori, che con il loro entusiasmo contagioso hanno reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile: Andrea Zambaldi, Giga, Najj, Giada, La zia, Gloria, Jessica, Rebecca, Indy e tutto il fantastico Team! Se cercate un resort dove potervi rilassare ma anche divertire e sentirvi parte di una grande famiglia, il Serenusa Resort è la scelta perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Mi chiamo Patrizia e vengo da Roma e sono stata al Serenusa la prima settimana di Ottobre con un gruppo di amici. La bellezza del resort non si discute così come il cibo e la gentilezza del personale. Io vorrei però soffermarmi su Andrea Zambaldi: mi ha davvero colpita la sua bravura e la sua professionalità . Le star famose che ha imitato, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley , Freddie Mercury , solo per citarne qualcuna, non solo con le movenze ma anche con la sua voce meravigliosa li ha resi incredibilmente uguali. Bravo davvero!! Spero di rivederti di nuovo per nuove performance

The general feeling that I got at this resort is that there was a feeling of fatigue and tiredness from everyone. As soon as we arrived at reception the unsmiling lady snapped some instructions at us and sent us on our way with no information whatsoever. Rooms are decent but a little dated. The gardens are lovely but paving and common areas need a serious makeover loads of areas were literally crumbling and quite dangerous. Food was actually very good but the all inclusive only entitled you to cheap boxed wine and water. Animation team were the star of the place with the shows that were presented of an incredibly polished nature. The only exception was Francesco at the gym who seemed more interested in his laptop than getting a vibe going.... I asked several time for the spinning lesson to be held but he kept on telling me that there were no other people. I saw many people spinning on their own ... he could have easily informed them. Another gripe was getting to know what exactly was happening.... the program on the site was inaccurate and incomplete and I had to construct ask members of the animation team for updates. No teen activities in September too. In short if you want to go and stuff yourself with food( like most of the people were doing) it's a great place.

Really disappointing place. This isn't the most attractive part of Sicily(still nice), so we were hoping the resort would be good. It was pretty bad and really not value for money. Food was terrible, especially for Italy. Everything outside of the rooms seemed very tired and bit depressing. The bar staff were miserable, most of the others were on their phones, and the bar really dull. The mealtimes were like a scrum at a school canteen. We weren't able to use our table for two of the 5 nights. Everything you haven't paid for in advance is expensive. They wanted 200 Euro deposit for the bats to play paddle, and charged 3 Euro for a tennis ball that went through their net!! Will not return.

At the beginning of June, we had a wonderful vacation here. Food was delicious, rooms were clean, and the beach was wonderful. It was what you would expect from a holiday, but there were extra things. Firstly, every room has a reserved table and sun loungers with a parasol on the beach. That's cool. No stress. Stress is something you don't want to experience on holiday, right? Having the same table each day and being served by the same personnel led to us getting used to each other. They were very kind to us. After several days, we chat. Alessia, who served us, suggested we try local food and drinks I wouldn't have tried. It was nice of her. The animation team responsible for entertainment was fantastic. We didn't enjoy it as much as Italian-speaking guests, but it didn't matter. It was fun! There were a few little things which weren't... excellent. I mean, getting fresh beach towels only for a fee, but I get it. Water is an expensive resource there. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and recommend it!

Quella del titolo erano le premesse per una vacanza che ci aspettavamo dopo tutto l'anno al nord con un clima che scaricato ancora di più velocemente batterie. Quindi, salviamo la metà dove il clima è sicuramente ottimo, tutto il resto è discutibile. Villaggio ben curato, pulito, camere spaziose, il climatizzatore funziona perfettamente anche se il clima che c'è permetteva di non accenderlo del tutto e stare lo stesso benissimo. Spiaggia piccolina, tragitto per raggiungerla scalinata lunghissima o stradina lunga e abbastanza ripida, le persone anziane fanno moltissima fatica. Animazione non saprei cosa dire, di certo non la seguirei in altre vacanze, non male il direttore artistico, diverse ragazze brave, ma niente da dire uau! Una nota positiva il gruppo dei piccolini, molto attivi e coinvolgenti, brave. Per il resto si facevano un po i fatti loro. Nota negativo: al primo posto il cibo, forse l'aspettativa era alta essendo in una delle regioni più goderecce dal punto di vista culinario. Eppure, una deludente offerta da villaggio internazionale all'estero, un self service che non mancava assolutamento cibo, ma praticamente tutto con poco gusto... Peccato. Per poter assaporare qualcosa di tipico e gustoso siamo andati nella vicinissima Licata. Il bar bisognava armarsi di tantissima pazienza, servizio lentissimo, disorganizzato, in dieci giorni due cocktail, impossibile farsi servire al bancone, al tavolino non c'è servizio. Insomma una vacanza con tanta aspettativa, ritorniamo a casa un po delusi. Rapporto prezzi qualità, medio bassa. Io non consiglio, va benissimo per fare un paio di giorni ma una vacanza assolutamente no.

We spent a few days at the Bluserena Hotel in early summer, and it was a fantastic experience. The animator team was outstanding—especially Sarah K., who truly stood out with her energy and kindness. My daughter loved the shows and had a great time. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!
