The staff at Serenusa resort are friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely pampered. The only minor issue was a slight delay in room service one evening, but this was quickly rectified with a sincere apology. Tommaso especially was a very good person he was very friendly and helped everyone when needed and nice

Villaggio super dove ogni desiderio si avvera...ragazzi dell'animazione gentili, belli, bravi, divertenti e accompagnatori escursioni come Federica competente e super organizzata....ci ritornerò!!!lo consiglio vivamente per giovani e meno giovani.....

Davvero un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante per mille motivi: la bellezza del luogo, la cucina ottima e abbondante, l'animazione di alto livello, la cordialità degli animatori tra cui voglio ricordare in modo particolare Rebecca, Emily, Gloria, Salvatore e la fotografa di cui non ricordo il nome. Abbiamo notato che spesso si fermano a intrattenere gli ospiti in modo simpatico e spontaneo favorendo una piacevole sensazione di essere accolti e dimostrando, nonostante la loro giovane età, la voglia di crescere e dare il meglio di sé. Ci è rimasta la voglia del moscone e della vela che le condizioni avverse del mare ci hanno impedito di togliercela: dovremo per forza ritornare! La stagione è appena cominciata per cui auguro a tutti anche a nome dei miei amici buon estate, buon lavoro e grandi soddisfazioni

Mi sono trovato molto bene in struttura, con le attività e col personale soprattutto dell’animazione mi sono divertito un sacco in particolare al tiro con l’arco con Lollo che è stato un grande insegnante. Il posto è molto accogliente il cibo non è da meno, il mare è incantevole, servizio ottimo lo consiglio a tutti vivamente ci tornerò di certo

The first question to ask is: "Would I return here?". The answer is yes. There are pros and cons as in everything. Pros: 1) The village is very well kept with a lot of green areas and beautiful flowers 2) The staff team is amazing. They entertain the tourists in everyway possible. They sing, they act, they dance, they take care of your kids etc. Asia especially makes the gym experience very special with her superlative jump fitness classes. 3) The village offers the possibility to leave your kids at the Serenino, which is a kids club where kids older than 3 can enter and be assisted/entertained by the dedicated staff 4) Every evening a show is scheduled at open air theatre. Musicals, commmedy, singing of very good quality. 5) The buffet is good quality. Cons: 1) The sea is not the best. 2) The rooms are fine but not up to a 4 stars structure. 3) The check in procedure is messy and very crowded.

Il soggiorno al Serenusa Village è stato fantastico. Il villaggio è sul mare ed è ha ben 3 piscine (una grande centrale, una piccola attaccata con scivoli per i bimbi e un’ altra dove poter fare nuoto). La pulizia delle camere e dei luoghi comuni rende il villaggio molto confortevole. Il mangiare è veramente buono e c è ogni giorno una varia scelta sia se si vuol mangiare carne sia pesce. Il mare si può raggiungere da una scala in legno dal villaggio stesso e gli ombrelloni sono assegnati. Nella spiaggia c è un ristorante che non ho provato perché ho preferito il buffet e c è anche un ristorante “il gusto” che non ho avuto modo di provare. L’animazione è sempre presente, ma con discrezione.. organizzano tante attività e ce n è davvero per tutti i gusti! Ho soggiornato per una settimana con il mio compagno! Ve lo consiglio!

Good for a week but not longer as the same activities and menus then repeat. Quite good food as long as you don't mind eating in a noisy school-lunch Hall environment. Beach is good but busy, and there are some good activities for kids. Stupid cashless system at the bars that is totally inconvenient, and it is virtually impossible to leave the resort without renting a private taxi. Don't go to licata nearby as it is a total dump.

Serenusa Village is a 4-star Hotel Village, it’s right next to Licata beach (Agrigento) and is 42 km from the incredible “Valley of the Temples” in an area which is amongst the richest in the world in terms of history and natural environment. At the Bluserena Fun Point you can book guided tours in the surrounding areas. We also offer the opportunity of renting a car.
