Very convenient location to the village and the foundation. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view from our room. Everyone was welcoming and thoughtful.

Delightful hosts, a beautiful hotel and a charming city. Can’t recommend Villa St. Maxime enough. I’ve been staying there for years, and their rooms are top notch along with a great location. If you’re planning a trip to the South of France, St. Paul de Vance and Villa St. Maxime are a must.

Relaxed, elegant and quiet luxury. Discreet helpful staff always available to help. Lovely breakfast in beautiful setting and perfect to access the old town of St Paul. Bed very comfortable and room facilities excellent.

The location is ideal for visiting St Paul de Venice on foot. The property is very beautiful, interesting architecture, large pool and stunning views. The hotel management is welcoming, discreet and attentive to every need in a particularly warm manner.

We booked this hotel for two nights as part of a 3-week France vacation. Our sea-view room and balcony were exceptional, and Ann and Vicky could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We enjoyed a welcome drink when we checked in after an evening flight. The complimentary breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and we had the place all to ourselves the second morning. It’s a quick walk to the village, and secure parking is free. This would be a perfect place to rent the 6 rooms for a family vacation.

We would totally recommend this beautiful Villa that has stunning views with a lovely large swimming pool and is not over looked. Piers the owner is very accommodating and Bruno who serves a fabulous breakfast is very obliging and goes out of his way to help your needs. The omelettes are delicious ! Both guys made our stay very welcoming. The complimentary drink at 7pm on the terrace is great idea to meet other guests before venturing out for a meal. We stayed in room 3 that was spacious , clean , comfortable, had fabulous views and a large balcony . The walk into the beautiful St Paul de Vence village is only a 10 minute walk and well worth it. Vence town is much larger but the old part of town is well worth visiting. The bus stop near Villa St Maxine goes to Vence.

What a glorious, gorgeous, perfect experience it was staying here. Everything was delightful: the hosts, the room, the terrace, the building itself, the grounds, the views, the breakfast....and the proximity to both the village and the fantastic Fondation Maeght was the icing on the cake. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We are already making plans to return.....
