Amazing stay at St.Paul de Vence
Our stay was wonderful. The owners are very gracious and helpful. Gave us good recommendations for restaurants. You can walk to all sites.
The room and bed was very comfortable, had an amazing view. Breakfast was also very nice!

We loved our stay at Villa Saint Maxime. The location is perfect with parking on site. Our hostess was delightful and really took great care of us. Thank you! We will definitely return.

Voici un h?tel pas comme les autres. Seulement 6 chambres logées dans une villa d'art contemporain offrant aux clients un sensation d'être dans une villa avec un service h?telier. Petit déjeune sur la terrasse au top. Cuisson à la demande de différentes recettes d'oeufs. Une belle piscine, avec suffisamment de place pour les clients. Les chambres sont juste bien. La propriétaire (Américaine) est vraiment aux petit soins pour les clients. Un endroit atypique que je recommande vivement.

We spent 3 nights in a Seaview unit with terrace. The room is very comfortable and so is the bathroom, but it could use some shelves or a cabinet for toiletry storage. Th e terrace is wonderful with a view up to St Paul and out to the sea. It also overlooks the beautiful pool and patio where breakfast is served. Ann is a very gracious hostess and brought us a complimentary glass of wine on our arrival. Breakfast is very nice and includes eggs prepared your way. The location is wonderful as it is the closest hotel to the village. A great place to stay.

This was our third visit to the Villa. Each time it gets better and better. The accommodations are amazing as the house is right outside of the village walls. An easy walk to get to town. Ann and her team make you feel so welcome. It’s bright and airy and light, and there’s lots of room to be social with the other guests. Each night the villa hosts a happy hour, which is another great way to meet the other guests. If you’re there in the summer or early fall, you can take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool as well. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Bellissima villa a due passi da st paul de vence ; un breve tratto di strada ( max 10 minuti a piedi) e ti ritrovi nel cuore del piccolo e affascinante paese. Accoglienza ottima e massima cortesia , assistenza per informazioni e prenotazioni ; madame Ann veramente al top . Parking custodito sempre disponibile ; bellissima piscina h 24 , terrazza con vista st paul de vence a disposizione degli ospiti . Colazione dolce ( croissants deliziosi, baguettes e marmellate ) e salata ( formaggi salumi) ,yogurt , uova da cucinare sul momento . La camera disponibile non era grandissima però aveva il bagno con doccia molto comoda ; anche il terrazzo era molto angusto ; vi è da dire che lo spazio comune in terrazza o nell' area piscina compensava le misure ridotte della camera. Ci ritornerei volentieri ; in più dalla villa c'è l' accesso immediato alla viabilità che la collega facilmente a tutta la costa azzurra .

I was fortunate to return to Villa St. Maxime a few weeks ago and found it to be the same beautiful, elegant small hotel that I have visited before. It is a gem of a place with splendid views of the hills and the sea in the distance. Sitting on the lovely terrace above the most inviting, huge swimming pool while enjoying breakfast, or having a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail in the evening with the owner Ann and other guests is one of the many wonderful features of the hotel. Each of the six rooms is different and there is a spacious common area on a couple of different levels with marble floors, large glass windows and doors leading to the terrace. It is hard, really, to leave this enchanting place but nearby is the lovely hill top village of St. Paul de Vence, many restaurants, and a couple of museums, all within walking distance. I will return as so many other guests do.

Notre court séjour (1 nuit) s'est très bien déroulé, notre h?te nous a mis à l'aise et après quelques minutes nous étions comme à la maison. La chambre était spacieuse avec un accès privé sur la piscine, l architecture de la batisse est intéressante et l'intérieur décoré avec go?t. La proximité avec le village de St paul de Vence à pieds est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était bon sans être exceptionnel mais le personnel très serviable. Je conseille cet établissement pour un couple souhaitant mêlé "luxe" avec simplicité.
