Personnel sympa mais prestation limite car une fenêtre ferme mal, de l'air entre et surtout du bruit. Literie a changer de toute urgence. 2 mauvaises nuits.

Spotless. Cleaner did a fabulous job. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. Will be back and recommend to friends.

The Condo was beautiful and spotless clean. Every staff member was extremely friendly. The pools and the grounds were just perfect. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Orlando area. It’s simply Amazing!!!!

We Love our stay at The Berkley, Orlando!! Everything about it was FABULOUS from great staff, and enormous pool, to the most immaculate, spacious accommodations ever. We will return again!! This is the place to stay!

Our 3 bedroom unit is beautiful with every amenity. We are currently watching Disney fireworks from the bedroom balcony.

Beyond amazing!! We were blown away by the size & cleanliness of our unit! The pool area. Was also fantastic! The staff we interacted with were very helpful aswell! We will definitely be back!

I didn’t have a great stay I ticked the good star. The thing about the Berkeley is it should be re-named as it bares no resemblance to the original Berkeley Hotel we first stayed in 30 years ago .It has gone through some great changes over the years the Blue bar and Collins room designed by David Collins and didn’t Sir Richard Roger’s design the entrance . Now you have the Collins room area that has nothing to do with the hotel and a strange mash up between the new Emory hotel owned by the May

Unbelievably fantastic!! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. I accidentally left my purse in a taxi and the staff and security team helped me get it back by the end of the day! So so helpful and would highly recommend!
