Friendly staff with fluent English
Thanks for free upgrading us to the deluxe room, with super big bed ( I think is 2 x super single mattress)

Cozy hotel in central Hanoi, 5 minutes from Ho Hoa Kiem. Spacious suite with bathtub, king-size bed, large sofa, bay window with city views, and plenty of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.I will stay here again when I return to Hanoi.

Mình m?i ? khu này h?m qua, ?i vào hotel c?m giác mát l?nh, r?t chill, các b?n l? tan thì than thi?n r?t nhi?t tình, phòng c?a mình có ban c?ng, view thì b? cay ch?n, nh?ng c?ng nhìn ???c 1 tí thành ph?, toilet h?i nh?, phòng có tivi và t? l?nh ??y ?? ti?n nghi c?n thi?t… gi??ng king bed ???c ghép b?i 2 gi??ng twin nên mình ko thích l?m, nh?ng n?m ng? thì tho?i mái… thang máy ch?y nhanh…. Hotel boutique súper agradable. El secreto “familiar” En esta ocasión he comido en el restaurante,un menú de 30 euros muy conseguido. Una ensalada mixta con ventresca. Una lubina de racion a la plancha. Y un postre Vino de la casa Marqués de Vitoria Todo estaba en su lugar El servicio perfecto. Totalmente recomendable

Tuve un accidente con el coche en el parking del Hotel. Fue por la noche al acceder .Me quedó todo ara?ado el lateral derecho. La entrada y salida comparten la misma rampa y no hay ningún tipo de semáforo, ni espejo, ni control de paso(semáforos o avisos), iluminación insuficiente de acceso por la noche. Después de comentarlo con el director declinaron todo tipo de responsabilidad. A destacar la amabilidad de los conserjes de noche, Raul y Alejandro.

Rahul made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well appointed and our Queen size bed comfortable. Breakfast was optional and great value. The location is surprisingly quiet most of the time, considering the room was by a main road. Rahul provided a parking permit so we could park on the road nearby. We stayed for 3 nights and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel
