We had my mother’s 90th birthday in the wine bar. Everything on the day was outstanding including the helpfulness of the team, the service and the food. It was a special and memorable occasion and we can’t thank you all enough??

Beds are too hard… & they need wash cloths to wash your face….other than that, the hotel is great!

We had a great 3 night stay at Hotel Embarcadero. The room was not large but had a great view and was set up very well. The location is brilliant, giving easy walking access to the promenade and the town. It’s also not to far to the gondola bridge which is a must to travel over. All in all this is a great hotel.

Confirmo los aspectos positivos que en otras opiniones se describen. Su personal muy amable y atento. Cuídenlos. (mensaje dirigido a la gerencia) Es todo un acierto contar con la cafetería del hotel, abierta prácticamente todo el día. Con una amplia carta. Puntos a mejorar. La limpieza en general es buena. Pero encontré hormigas en el ba?o y la mesilla de noche tenía bastante polvo. Llevaba varios días sin pasarse un pa?o.

Nice and affordable stay at London Very nice stuff, room was clean but tiny, very close to a tube station. A few shops nearby. Very affordable compared to other options in London

Out dated, room not cleaned the whole stet and we stayed for 5 days. Had to ask for a clean towel on day 4.

La habitacion que nos dieron primero, estaba rota el agua fria, nos cambiaron a otra, mejor con ventana a la calle como era mi petición

Thanks for your stay and it wasn't broken unfortunately you didn't worked out how to use and broke it which we have replace it next day without charging you extra money I would suggest everyone kindly inform the staff if something is not working they are well trained and can fix it on the spot thanks.

Very comfortable overnight stop on business. Staff welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. Good sized modern room, with the bonus of a sea view. Enjoyed a fresh fruit cocktail and hearty cooked breakfast, followed by a stroll on the beach.
